Todd M. Allison is your local choice for legal care. Attorney Allison was admitted to the Kansas State Bar in 1995. He has been practicing privately for 17 of his 19 years of service.
He has filed over 2,000 bankruptcy claims among other experienced detailing with a range of issues like taxes, divorce, and student loans.
He served as an Officer in the United States Army Reserve Judge Advocate Corps for 11 years.

Mr. Allison earned his Bachelor's degree from the Kansas State University in 1991. He later graduated from Washburn School of Law in 1995.
You'll find him practicing in the areas of criminal defense, traffic, collections, family law, and general litigation, in addition to bankruptcy protection proceedings. He resides in Andover, KS with his wife and four children.

Sarah L. Newell has been in private practice, practicing bankruptcy law since 2002. She is admitted to the Kansas and Missouri State Bars. She represents both debtors and creditors. Prior to private 
practice, she clerked for Judge John K. Pearson and Judge Robert E. Nugent. 

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in 1996 and her Juris Doctorate in 1999, both from the University of Kansas.  

She currently practices in the areas of bankruptcy, collections and family law. She resides in Wichita with her husband and three children.
